Purpose: Answer your request, prepare a discussion or proposal and provide requested follow-up.
Applicable LGPD ground: Pre-contractual steps at your request, contract performance and legitimate interests in answering contacts (Article 7, V and IX).

Activity and data: Newsletter: email, optional name, language, source, date and opt-in record.
Purpose: Send requested articles, analyses and episodes and document the subscription.
Applicable LGPD ground: Specific, revocable consent; necessary evidence for legal claims (Article 7, I and VI).

Activity and data: Chat: message, history, random browser identifier and security logs, including hashed IP.
Purpose: Maintain the conversation, provide automated triage, prevent abuse and forward requested contact context.
Applicable LGPD ground: Pre-contractual steps and legitimate interests according to purpose (Article 7, V and IX). Hashing is pseudonymisation, not a guarantee of anonymity.

Applicable LGPD ground: Consent (Article 7, I). Analytics permission does not enable advertising. As an extra safeguard, measurement is suspended after free-text input during this visit and does not start on entry pages with URL parameters.

Purpose: Authenticate users, manage access and deliver services, subject also to contractual roles and instructions.

Cookies and browser storage

cookie_consent / cookie_consent_record: Store your analytics choice and, for new choices, its version and date. Remain until changed or browser storage is cleared. Change your choice through cookie preferences in the footer.
czanix-theme: Remembers the theme until changed or browser storage is cleared.
czanixBrowserId: Random identifier created when using chat to retrieve the conversation. Remains until browser storage is cleared; removing it does not erase server history.
Firebase Authentication and authenticated-area storage: Maintain sessions and, depending on the feature, local cache. Sign out on shared devices and use browser controls to clear local data.
Google Analytics _ga and _ga_* cookies: Optional and enabled only after analytics opt-in. Duration follows provider/property settings. Withdrawal blocks new measurements and removes accessible analytics cookies on this domain.

Your choices and consent

You can browse without analytics and decline as easily as you accept. Newsletter consent is separate and unchecked by default; asking for contact or contracting a service does not automatically subscribe you. Browsing alone is not marketing consent.

Withdraw analytics permission through “Cookie preferences”. This stops new site measurements; previously transmitted data remains subject to retention and your rights. Your browser can also block/delete cookies. Necessary functions such as sessions, security and the preference itself do not depend on analytics permission.

Tools, sharing, voice and audio

Simulator calculations, fields and images are prepared in your browser. We do not send entered values or priority choices as analytics events. Links and images you choose to share may contain these values and your text; review them and avoid other people’s personal data, sensitive information or business secrets.

Sharing uses your device or selected platform. Anyone receiving a link can access the scenario it contains. Opening WhatsApp forwards prepared text to Meta; review it before sending. Clipboard copying and file downloads depend on your action.

Optional dictation requires microphone permission. Speech recognition is provided by your browser and may use its manufacturer’s servers; it should not be assumed to be entirely local. The transcript fills the field and is forwarded when you use the relevant channel. Podcast files are delivered by this site with the technical logs necessary for delivery.

Chat, automation and sensitive information

The assistant provides automated triage and may be inaccurate. Request human assistance through the contact channel. It does not approve credit, hiring or other decisions with legal effects on you. Messages are processed on the service’s Google/Firebase infrastructure. Integrations changing purposes or recipients must be disclosed before the corresponding use.

Public fields do not request passwords, identity documents, health data, biometrics or identification of political beliefs. Opinion articles and simulations are not invitations to submit such data. If submitted inadvertently, contact the controller to assess restriction or deletion under applicable law.

Recipients

Google/Firebase provides hosting, database, authentication and technical processing; Google Analytics provides optional analytics; Hostinger handles contact email. When enabled, Firebase App Check/reCAPTCHA may process technical signals to prevent abuse. Each provider receives data according to its role and the feature used.

WhatsApp/Meta, Spotify, YouTube/Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok have their own policies. External links do not automatically subscribe you or send form details to every platform. Those platforms may act as independent controllers when you access them. Necessary data may also be shared with support providers, advisers and authorities where legally justified.

We do not sell contact lists. Site analytics consent does not authorise personalised advertising.

Processing outside Brazil

Infrastructure and providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. International transfers must comply with the LGPD and applicable ANPD mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses or another valid mechanism; browsing is not blanket authorisation to transfer data.

Ask the privacy contact for information about countries, recipients and safeguards relevant to your case. This policy does not replace the contracts and controls required for each transfer.

Retention

Retention depends on purpose. Subscriptions are retained while you choose to receive communications; after cancellation, only necessary evidence of opt-in/withdrawal and suppression information may be retained. Contacts and negotiations are kept as needed for assistance and, where applicable, legal obligations or legal claims.

Chat history, security logs and analytics follow service needs and each system’s retention settings. Clearing browser storage does not automatically delete server records. You can request the applicable retention information and deletion, subject to lawful exceptions. Restricted backups may retain copies until replacement without incompatible reuse.

There is no single retention period for every data category. Once a purpose ends and no legal ground or obligation supports retention, the data must be deleted or anonymised.

Your rights and requests

Email contato@czanix.com to confirm processing; access/correct data; request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary/unlawfully processed data; learn about sharing; request portability under applicable rules; withdraw consent or object to unlawful processing. Where applicable, request review of solely automated decisions affecting your interests.

Provide your request and the email or service identifier used. We may request proportionate identity verification to protect others’ data. Do not send documents or passwords without a justified request and appropriate channel. Requests are free. Confirmation and access may be provided immediately in simplified form or through a complete statement within 15 days under Article 19 of the LGPD. Other requests follow applicable legal deadlines and case complexity.

Cancel the newsletter using the mechanism provided in the message, when available, or email “Unsubscribe newsletter” to contato@czanix.com. This does not require account deletion or refusal of necessary operational contact. We will explain any lawful retention restriction. You may petition the ANPD or relevant consumer protection authorities.

Security and incidents

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures such as protected connections, access controls and restricted permissions. No system is immune to incidents; this does not remove the controller’s legal liability or your rights. Incidents involving relevant risk or harm are assessed and notified under the LGPD and applicable ANPD rules.

Children and adolescents

The site addresses professional content and relationships and does not intentionally solicit children’s registrations. Reading public content does not require disclosing age. Contact us about inappropriate processing of a child’s or adolescent’s data so we can assess it under their best interests and legal requirements.

Updates and contact
